- Print at 100% / Actual size. Turn off "Fit to page", "Shrink oversized pages" and any scaling.
- Label printers: set the paper/label size in the printer driver to the same size as the label and print the PDF. Do not print the PNG from a photo viewer, which often rescales.
- Office printers: print the PDF on the matching paper (A4 or Letter) at 100%. Print one test sheet on plain paper first and hold it against the label sheet.
- Check the size: measure the printed barcode. Including its white margins it should be the width shown above wide. If it isn't, scaling is on.
- The barcode is drawn to the stated symbology rules for the selected printer and label. Test print and scan before labelling stock.

FNSKU stands for Fulfilment Network Stock Keeping Unit. It's an Amazon-assigned barcode that ties a product to your seller account. Amazon's guidance indicates you need one if you're a reseller sending new inventory to FBA (since 31 March 2026), or if the product has no manufacturer barcode. Brand Representatives may be able to use an eligible manufacturer barcode instead, if the product meets Amazon's eligibility conditions.
