1. Acceptance of Terms

By using freebarcodetools FBA, you're agreeing to these terms. If you're using these tools for a business (like an FBA Prep Centre or Warehouse), you're confirming you have the authority to bind that business to these rules.

2. Proper Use & Accuracy

We've built these tools to meet Amazon FBA and global barcode standards. However, the real-world quality of a barcode depends on your printer's condition, your thermal paper quality, and your software settings.

The "Scan Before You Send" Rule: freebarcodetools FBA is not liable for shipment rejections, Amazon "problem" flags, or inventory delays. You must verify that your printed labels are 100% scannable before applying them to your stock.

3. Prohibited Actions

To keep the service free and fast for everyone, you agree not to:

  • Automate requests, use bots, or scrape our generator logic
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the tools
  • Use the tools to generate barcodes for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
  • Overload our infrastructure with excessive automated requests

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

These tools are provided "as is." We make no warranties — express or implied — about accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Amazon's requirements can change without notice. Always verify compliance with the current Amazon Seller Central requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, freebarcodetools FBA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of these tools, including shipment rejections, lost inventory, or delayed processing.

6. Intellectual Property

The tools, code, design, and content on freebarcodetools.com are the intellectual property of the site owner. You may use the generated outputs (barcodes, labels, PDFs) freely for your business. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the tools themselves.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
